Peer Review Policy
The International Scientific Journal Vision applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, scientific rigor, and integrity of manuscripts published within the journal's scope.
All submitted manuscripts first undergo an editorial pre-screening conducted by the Editor-in-Chief and/or the Assistant Editor-in-Chief. At this stage, manuscripts are assessed in terms of:
-
relevance to the journal's scope and significance within the relevant field of study;
-
compliance with publication ethics;
-
originality and absence of plagiarism;
-
proper authorship and disclosure of conflicts of interest;
-
academic structure, adherence to citation and referencing standards, and compliance with formatting requirements.
Manuscripts that fall outside the scope of the International Scientific Journal Vision or fail to meet basic ethical and academic standards may be rejected without external review.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial pre-screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with recognized expertise in the relevant discipline covered by the journal's scope. Additional reviewers may be invited when deemed necessary by the editorial board.
Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts objectively, maintain confidentiality throughout the review process, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Reviewers with conflicts of interest should decline the review invitation.
The editorial office strives to ensure a fair, efficient, and timely review process while maintaining the highest standards of scholarly evaluation.
The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers’ reports and recommendations. The decision may result in acceptance, minor revision, major revision, resubmission, or rejection.
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to another journal is not permitted. Authors are expected to avoid unethical practices, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, improper authorship changes, data manipulation, and undisclosed conflicts of interest.
All manuscripts are handled confidentially and securely throughout the review and publication process.
