Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

General Information

International Scientific Journal Vision (ISJV) accepts original manuscripts in the fields of social sciences, law, economics, psychology, political science, international relations, sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and interdisciplinary research. Manuscripts must be written exclusively in English and must not have been previously published or submitted to another journal.

All submissions must comply with the journal’s aims and scope, publication ethics, plagiarism policy, peer review policy, and formatting requirements.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Vision International Scientific Journal manuscript template. Authors should not alter the basic structure, header, footer, or page layout of the template. Authors are required to complete, sign, and upload the Copyright Transfer Agreement Form during the submission process.

Copyright Transfer Agreement Form please download it, sign, and transfer pdf, and make ready before the submission. 

The manuscript should include:

  • Title of the article

  • Author name(s), affiliation(s), email address(es), and ORCID ID(s)

  • Abstract of 150–300 words

  • 3–5 keywords

  • Main text with clear headings and subheadings (Example: 1. Literature Review, 2. Methodology, 3. Findings, 4. Discussion)

  • References

  • Appendices, if necessary

Formatting Rules

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • The main text must be written in Times New Roman, 12-point font.

  • Line spacing must be set to 1.15 (single spacing).

  • Italics should be used where necessary rather than underlining, except for URLs.

  • Tables, figures, and illustrations must be inserted within the text at the appropriate locations and accompanied by captions.

  • All submissions must be written exclusively in English.

Citation and References

International Scientific Journal Vision uses the APA citation style. Authors must prepare both in-text citations and the reference list in accordance with the latest edition of the APA Publication Manual.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all references are accurate, complete, and consistent. Wherever available, DOI numbers should be included in the reference list. Manuscripts that do not comply with APA style requirements may be returned to the authors for technical revision before entering the peer-review process.

Ethics and Originality

Authors must submit original work and comply with academic ethics. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submission, improper authorship, fabricated references, and citation manipulation are not permitted.

Similarity reports may be checked through Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar plagiarism detection tools.

Submission

Authors must submit their manuscripts using the official ISJV submission system and must ensure that all required information and files are complete at the time of submission.

Publication Charges

ISJV does not charge any submission or publication fees.

Language: Authors should send their papers in English language only

 

BOOK REVIEWS

- Basic informations of the Autor of the review

- Informations about the book which is under review (Autor, Year of publishing. Title. Place of publishing: Publisher.), number of pages est.

- The Book can be published on one of the Balkan languages or some of the world languages (English, German, French, Turkish, Russian est.)

- The Book should refer or reflect the scholarly books that fall within the scope of the journal and are addressed at an academic level (Political Sciences, Law, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology est.)

- The publishing date of the book should not be more then five years old

- We strongly encourage young researchers, PhD or MA students to take part in Book review section

 

Language: Authors should send their book reviews in the English language only.
