Digital Preservation and Archiving Policy

International Scientific Journal Vision is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, integrity, and continued availability of its published scholarly content.

The Journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides distributed digital preservation services for journals using Open Journal Systems. Through this preservation mechanism, published articles, issues, metadata, and related files are securely archived and may remain accessible in the event that the Journal or its publishing platform is no longer available.

In addition to participation in PKP PN, International Vision University maintains regular institutional backups of the Journal’s website, database, metadata, published articles, and supplementary files. These backups are maintained separately from the primary hosting environment to reduce the risk of permanent data loss.

The Journal also supports the deposit and dissemination of article metadata through recognised scholarly infrastructure and indexing services. Where legally and technically possible, authors may archive the published Version of Record in institutional or subject repositories in accordance with the Journal’s Open Access, Copyright, and Licensing Policies.

These preservation measures are intended to protect the permanence of the scholarly record and ensure continued access to published content.
