Open Access Policy

International Scientific Journal Vision is a fully open access journal. All content is freely available immediately upon publication without embargo or access restrictions. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the author.

All articles published in the International Scientific Journal Vision are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, sharing, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and commercial use in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the Creative Commons license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

Authors retain the copyright to their published work while granting International Scientific Journal Vision the right of first publication. This Open Access Policy supports the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge, increases the visibility and citation potential of published articles, and promotes the global exchange of academic research.


Publication Fees

International Scientific Journal Vision is committed to supporting equitable and barrier-free scholarly publishing.

The journal does not charge any fees at any stage of the publication process. Specifically:

  • No submission fee

  • No editorial processing fee

  • No peer-review fee

  • No article processing charge (APC)

  • No publication fee

  • No open access fee

All editorial processes, including manuscript handling, peer review, production, online publication, and long-term access, are provided free of charge for both authors and readers.

The journal receives no revenue from submission, peer review, publication, or open access charges.
