Abstract

Strategic Management Practices in Azerbaijan and its implementation constitutes the subject of research. This
research aimed to examine the functioning of Azerbaijan companies, their characteristics, their contribution to
management and their effect on firm performance considering the strategic management application. To achieve these
objectives, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan was selected and examined. The data were obtained by certain
methods and related information is given in the paper. At the same time, the problems encountered in the implementation
process in the institution, the factors causing these problems and the methods used to overcome these obstacles were also
mentioned in the research. As a result of the research, it is tried to determine the process through which the Strategic
Management Applications in the country are realized and to determine the importance level of the advantages provided to
the companies.
