Sui Generis is a fully open-access journal. All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without any subscription or access fees.

The journal allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link to the full texts of its articles, as well as to use them for any lawful purpose, provided that proper citation is given to the original work .

Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish. This ensures wide dissemination, increased visibility, and accessibility of legal scholarship to researchers, practitioners, and the public worldwide.

In line with the principles of open access, Sui Generis supports the free exchange of knowledge and aims to contribute to the development of legal science by removing barriers to academic research.
