Abstract
Research into leader-follower relationship theory has been forced in recent years, with different studies investigating many aspects of leader-follower relationship in the organizations. This article gives introduction of leader-follower relationship theorizing and explains four different types of leader-follower relationship. The article describes four relations among the leaders and followers, as affective, instrumental, contractual and obligatory relationship. Common questions and issues concerning leader-follower relationship are addressed.
